My name is Granny Angeline Ramatsella and I currently reside in Randfontein. I Matriculated in 2005 at Thuto Tiro Comprehensive School in Sebokeng. I went to Sedibeng College to further my studies and I completed my N3 Mechanical Engineering Certificate in 2008. In 2014 I completed my N6 Marketing Management Certificate.
Work Experience
*In 2009 I worked at Shoe Zone (Palm Springs) as a sales lady, my duties were to receive stock, prepare the floor, do stock taking, and provide customer quality products and professional service. In 2010 I left Shoe Zone and joined a NGO called WECA. My duties at WECA was to assist clients to complete their land claim documentation to apply at the Department of Land Reform.
Why Marketing Management N6
Both the above mentioned positions triggered a love in me for sales and marketing. In 2012 I moved to Randfontein. In 2013 I decided to take the step to start my studies in Marketing Management. I enrolled at Western College for Further Education and Training, and completed my Marketing Management (N6) in 2014. After completing my N6 Marketing Management certificate, I required an 18 month internship to complete my Diploma.
Internship
I applied for an internship to many companies without any success. I then visited GWConnect website and registered my CV on their database. Within a month I received a call from Outex for an interview which I passed. I’m now officially appointed as an intern! All this was made possible by GWConnect.
