I am Lerato Mthembu, I am 21 years old and was born at Soweto and raised at Sebokeng, I completed my matric in 2014 at Khutlo-Tharo Secondary School and furthered my education at Sedibeng College at Vanderbylpark campus. I studied Management Assistant until nated level 6 and I completed this year 2017. I'm an innovative, passionate and ambitious person. I'm self-motivated and dedicated. I'm enthusiasm and dynamic. I'm a team working orientated person and I like associating with people. I'm hard working and i believe that nothing is impossible for as long as my mentality is bright and positive I CAN obtain my goals.

I chose to study management Assistant due to the fact that I'm good with computer and my accuracy and speed are good. I really love interacting with other people. As communication is essential to any situation.
Internship
One friend of mine introduced me to GWConnect, she furthered explained the whole concept of GWConnect then persuaded me into liking the GWConnect page on Facebook so that i can understand it further. I singed in and created my profile. I uploaded all the documents and information needed. I was never contacted, so my friend encouraged me to inbox via Facebook. The day after I did so i got a call from Elsie at OUTEX asking me that am I inetested in getting an internship then I replied with a definite YES. After 2 weeks for so I got an e-mail from OUTEX regarding The Predictive Test from Stefanutti Stocks company. Because I applied for many internships I delayed to reply on that Predictive Test but Elsie also called to ask that did I fill in The Predictive Index. Then I did fill it up online. The staff from OUTEX are very patient in what they do, they never gave up on me. I remember the day they called me for an interview I didn't have my phone with me but my sister managed to give them the other number tht they can reach me at. I was very happy to hear such good news, they sent me an e-mail for directions. I got to the interview it was on 25 August 2017 friday then I nailed the interview and was told to start on the 29 August 2017 Monday. I was very happy because I didn't struggle to get an internship. This is my second step to success it just felt so good. ALL TAHNKS TO OUTEX.
