My name is Asonele-Henoria Mdingi from the smallest Town called Mount Frere at Eastern Cape. I am 28 years old. I completed grade 12 in 2013 at Zibokwana Secondary School.
Work Experience
*In 2019 I got a job from the NGO called Right to Care , a company that is in partnership with department of Health.I was working there as Social Mobilizer . We would go door to door campaigns educating people about TB and HIV .Then we were retrenched.
2020 I got a job at primary school where I would work as an educator Assistant up to 2021.
Why N6 Human Resource Management
On the very same year I decided to go and apply to College . I was enrolled for Human Resource Management. I chose Human Resource Management because I love working with people and to be the messenger between employees and management and being on the management and be able to stand out for employees, I have desire to improve workplace culture and employee well-being.
Internship
One day I was scrolling on my Facebook , I saw a post saying anyone who is looking for internship here is the email. I didn't hesitate I took that email address last year around March and i applied . I was told to create portal I did. I would get calls from My-Collage asking if I am still available for the opportunity. Then they found Three different places for me . I secured One that is near Me this Year February. I'm doing internship at Festive a division of Astral foods operations.

Astral foods is a leading South African poultry producer . Astral was established and listed on the JSE in 2001 . The company owns several trademarks registered in African. It has operations based in Gauteng .
