My name is Mokgadi Kganakga. I'm a 28 years old lady from Mamelodi, I studied Management Assistant from 2017 to 2019 ( Intro N4 to N6) at Tshwane North Tvet College in Pretoria Central. I'm deeply committed to hard work and reliability and I'm passionate about my work.
Work Experience
*I worked for a few months as a cashier at Spar in Rietfontein. My position as a cashier helped me get the confidence in communicating with clients and providing excellent customer service.
Why N6 Management Assistant
I chose a management assistant course because I was still fresh from high school with no computer skills and knowledge and I wanted a course that would equip me with computer skills and provide me with necessary tools and knowledge to achieve my goals.
Internship
I registered my profile on GWConnet and had a few interviews before I could secure a job with my current company, I kept on applying and updating my resume and finally landed an internship in February 2024.
Company
The name of the company I'm working for is Alisom Communications, it is a telecommunications company and I work as their receptionist . Alisom Communications owns a number of Vodacom retail outlets across the country. Alisom also houses Business-to-Business Corporate teams, as well as Fixed line Access and Support teams.
