My name is Precious Mathabathe, and I am currently working as a Receptionist Intern at The Success Academy. My journey has been a blend of passion, persistence, and learning from every opportunity that has come my way.
Work Experience
*Before I landed my current role, I had the privilege of working with a variety of organizations that helped shape my career path. I started as an intern at Tshwane House, where I gained hands-on experience in Admin. Following that, I worked as Assistant Teacher at Laerskool Queenswood , where I was responsible for assisting teachers with some tasks and learners , which helped me further develop my skills and get a deeper understanding of the field. These experiences laid a solid foundation for my current role.
Why N6 Management Assistant
I’ve always had a keen interest in SADF e.g., Army or Military, and from a young age, I found myself studying Management Assistant at Tshwane North College from 2021 until 2022. I chose to study Management Assistant because I have always been drawn to roles that combine organization, leadership, and problem-solving. I noticed that I had a natural ability to manage tasks, communicate effectively, and coordinate with people, which sparked my interest in a career that could allow me to leverage these strengths. The role of a Management Assistant offers a unique blend of administrative and strategic responsibilities, and I saw it as an opportunity to develop a diverse skill set in both leadership and operations.
Internship
My former colleague that I met at Tshwane House once sent me an email address and advised me to try my luck by just sending my documents on the Gw connect email and I did so, and I was called for an interview after a month. I am now an intern at The Success Academy .
Company
I am currently working for The Success Academy, they specialise with office rental at Centurion Eco park. It is a company that values innovation and continuous learning. I work with a team of incredibly talented individuals who are passionate about making the tenants happy e.g giving them the best maintenance ever.
