My name is Sophie Baloyi and I grew up in Limpopo Mokopane, where I completed my tantric at Bakenberg high school in 2020. To further my studies, I enrolled at Tshwane North TVET College to study financial management from 2022 to 2023.

Why N6 Financial Management
I chose financial management because it's a field lush with great earning potential and many job opportunities in almost every industry. And I also love working with numbers and I'm computer literate.
Internship
I was told about a WhatsApp group called "Job seekers" at campus, which I joined. On the group they sent a link for Mycollege, where we should register and upload required documents. In 2024 early February I got a call from GW Connect for an internship at Bidvest Mccarthy, and I passed the interview. The employees that are working at GW Connect are so friendly, they called me almost the whole days before the interview.
Company
It's a team- orientated environment and they allow me to work, learn, grow and contribute within the company. Iam a credit controller intern at a shared service and it's a very nice experience and iam hopeful that this opportunity will open more doors and make me more employable.
