My name is Tshinakaho Faithfull Munyai, Born and raised in Limpopo but currently I reside in Capital Park. I matriculated in 2016 at Mabalane Seleka Technical School in Lephalale. I went to further my at Jeppe College in 2017 where i had obtained my N2 in Civil Engineering. Then I had decided to study Human Resources Management the following year which is 2018 at Lephalale Tvet College and completed my N6 in 2019.
Work Experience
*I have no prior work experience. But I had volunteered at Masisi primary school for 3 months in 2019 and at Clapham High School for 3 Months in 2020 ,then Covid-19 happened.
Why N6 Human Resource Management
Human Resources requires a person who is patient, has good communication skills, be able to listen and be flexible to change and also have the zeal to learn and study new things. I have always enjoyed being of help to people, I discovered that being the only girl at home made me to manage most of my brothers daily schedules and how we are going to tackle each day from cleaning the house to what we will do during the school holidays. And I have always been the learner back in high school who used to be of help to others and was patient enough with teaching and learning new things from them.

I got the internship through a friend who told me to register on My-College website.
Company
I work at WGH consult but i am placed at a client and i am so happy to be part of BACS because it allows me to share my ideas, learn and apply all the knowledge i have studied at college. They also make it easy for me to learn more and do better everyday as i get to engage in employees everyday activities
