My name is Steiseko Given Mgiba. I was born in Limpopo but currently, I reside in Benoni. I did my Grade 12 in 2019 at Kgahlanong Comprehensive School. in 2024 I got an internship opportunity to pursue my HR career. I enjoy running a business as it is challenging and reading as well.
Work Experience
*In 2023 I was working at Makro as a sales assistant at carnival. Then I got an internship opportunity at GWconnect as an HR intern, I am placed at Goldplat recovery for my experience.
Why N6 Human Resource Management
Human Resources requires a very patient person, a person who enjoys reading as you must read new policies all the time and that is just me. Again I have always had a dream of becoming a part of a team that recruits a suitable employee because for an organization to do well is because HR has done a good job with getting the right employee.
Internship
Someone told me to register/open a profile under GWconnect and I did, they phoned after a week, so that's how I got my internship.
Company
I am happy to be part of Goldplat Recovery because it is a Company that allows me to share my ideas, learn, and apply. The working environment I wouldn't say it's healthy, I am working in a mine so it's dusty, so health and safety need to be prioritized.
