My name is Reatile Lefasa, I was Born and Raised in a small Town called Sterkspruit where I completed my Matric in 2015.
Work Experience
*In 2019 I was employed by a Security Company as a security officer and I was placed at Woolworths store. As I was working for that company it happend that I had to work for a period of 9 months because the company decided to terminate the contract with retail stores as it was looking forward to Co-operate with firms only. Then the retrenchment took place in mid June 2020.
Why N6 Management Assistant
I completed my N6 in 2022 June. After I have completed my N6, things didn't go as planned. As I was desperately seeking for a job, I went to one of the Farms in Western Cape to look for a job. Fortunately I got a job in a Farm named Ozblu where we were picking blackberries. It was a great experience and it was so amazing to work in a farm.
Furthermore I had to quit at the farm late 2022 as i was invited for an interview at Sheet Street to work as a Casual worker in December 2022. I was working as a shop assistant whereby my duties were Merchandizing stock, assisting customers and Cleaning the store. I only worked for a month then the contract ended.
Lastly early 2023 I got a job at Mr Price Home where I worked as a sales associate. I worked there for a year and lucky enough, early this year Outex came through for me. I am really grateful for this opportunity, all thanks to Outex.
Internship
I got the internship through My College. I used to browse on google Searching for agents that assist students with In-service training or internships.I found MyCollege, I had to register online and upload my documents. In a few months later, I received a call inviting me for an interview in one of the biggest companies in motor industries. I still recommend Outex and I really appreciate to be given this opportunity.
