Growing up, I was fascinated by the way organizations operated and the impact of effective management on success. I chose to study Management Assistance because I was drawn to the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the field. I wanted to develop expertise in administrative management, leadership and strategic planning. Management assistance appealed to me as it offers a unique blend of administrative, financial and leadership skills, enabling professionals to make a significant impact in organizations.
Internship
I actively sought out internship opportunities. I discovered GW Connect through one of social media platforms, is where I registered a profile and uploaded the required documents on their darabase. Honestly speaking I did not trust the process, but from there I patiently wait with no hope. After some time, I finally received feedback from Intelleto scored myself an interview, I have never been excited like that before and everything went well my interview was successful and that's how I got my internship. Finding an internship is so draining but all thanks to GW Connect.
Company
Currently, I'm working as a Management Assistant Intern at Bidvest McCarthy Nissan a very successful and good company. My responsibilities include administrative support to senior management and team collaboration and communication.
