My name is Naledi Masheane. I was born in Katlehong and currently resides in Leondale. I did my Matric in 2017 at Dinwiddie High School in Germiston. In 2019 I decided to go and study Human Resources Management at EWC in Germiston.
Work Experience
*In 2021 I was employed at the Post Office as an Administrator, even though at the time I was still looking for an HR Internship. In 2023 in December I was called by Intelleto informing me that they have found an HR Internship for me at Atlas Finance in Rosebank.
Why N6 Human Resource Management
Human Resource requires a very patient person, a person who enjoys reading as you must read new policies all the time and that is just me. Again I have always had a dream of becoming a part of a team that recruits a suitable employee because I believe that for an organization to do well is because HR has done a good job with getting the right employee.

Company
At Atlas Finance, I'm doing well right now. I've learned how an HR department runs on a daily basis and have a better understanding of the challenges involved in managing an organization's human resources. I've improved my ability to communicate, collaborate with others, and solve problems—all important professional abilities.
