My name is Letlhogonolo Sibanda, and I am a 24-year-old from Soweto, Gauteng. I matriculated at Hoërskool Die Adelaar in 2017. In 2018, I joined a program designed to help me on my journey to university. I graduated from Vanderbijlpark North-West University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in financial accounting.

Why Degree in Finance/Commerce
I chose financial accounting because I wanted to understand the fundamental aspects of a business. I aimed to analyze all aspects of the business, whether it be financial, operational, strategic, or performance-related.
Internship
Through North-West University's career fair, I was gratefully able to find and apply for my current internship. I applied throughout my time as an NWU student and only got the opportunity in my final year.
Company
The company I work for now is relaxed most of the time. I feel comfortable working there as it is highly rewarding. I do feel a sense of personal growth because the work I am doing is dynamic and engaging.
