My name is Confidence Sithole, and I was born and raised in Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga. After completing Grade 12, I moved to Pretoria to further my education. In 2023, I obtained my Management Assistant N6 qualification from Tshwane South TVET College.

Why N6 Management Assistant
I chose to study Management Assistant because I've always been passionate about working in an office environment. From a young age, I admired the professionalism of women in corporate settings. I remember accompanying my mother to the bank and being inspired by the ladies working there. I told my mom that one day, I wanted to be like them—confident, organized, and at the heart of business operations.
Internship
After completing my N6, I began searching for internship opportunities. I came across a post on Facebook and decided to apply. The team reached out to me, and I went through an online interview, followed by an in-person interview with the company where I would be placed.
Company
For personal reasons, I prefer to keep the company's name confidential, but I can share that it's a successful business in the motor industry. I'm currently gaining experience across various departments, and it's been an incredibly rewarding journey so far.
