*My past work experience was working as a temporary retail shop assistant at a shop that sells school uniforms. Worked for 3 months over November to December.
Why Degree in Finance/Commerce
I studied Bcom Accounting at the university of Venda as I had went to a commercial high school, I chose to proceed further with accounting as I wanted to dive deeper into the world of finance. More of the reason was mainly because I wanted to learn how to manage and run a company in a finance perspective.
Internship
I got my internship at Murray and Roberts Cementation through outex. A friend of mine that I went to high school with refered me to a lady by the name of Antoinette who was looking for people with finance qualifications. I contacted her and she helped me register a profile. A few months later I got contacted for an interview at Murray and Roberts. And I ended up getting a posted as the procurement intern
