My name is Matodzi Tshivhase, I was born and raised in Embalenhle. I completed my matric in the year 2018 at Thistle Grove Combined School. right after my matric I went to register at a higher institution (Central Johannesburg College) where i studied a course in Financial Management which i completed in the year 2022. I pride myself as a self-motivated and self-confident person, and i am a lifelong learner who is always seeking out new knowledge and experiences to improve my self growth.

Why N6 Financial Management
I chose Financial Management because growing up it has always been my passion to work around with numbers. Accounting was my favourite subject since from high school then thats when i knew i would like to continue with it as my career subject. I went to college and registered myself to a Financial Accounting course to acquire more knowledge about how things are done in a more practical way in a corporate world.
Internship
After completing my N6 in Financial Management in June 2022, I then started applying for available internships. For the first 6 months the was no luck from all the internships i applied. Then when i was busy scrolling through social media i came across this other post from College@ My HR then i used their email to apply and within 2 months i was given a call informing me that I need to upload my details on the gwconnect website. Few weeks after uploading all my details on the website. I then received a call from intelleto informing me that i have been shortlisted for an interview at Doppio Zero. My HR Team made sure that i grab the opportunity in both hands by sending all tips for the preparation of the interview. On the day after the interview i received a call from My HR Team saying I've been selected for an induction. Few days after induction i received a called from intelleto congratulating me of securing the internship, and gave me date on when i will be reporting for work.
Company
I started working at Doppio Zero from the 7th February 2023. I could say being here has changed my life. I have been exposed to the corporate world extensively. The team showed that it is not only about business but familia. The team I'm working with they have been consistently supportive throughout and was given opportunities to learn and improve myself. I'm very thankful to contribute to the Doppio team as a finance internship, so much grateful to be here.
