My name is Silindile Duma. I am 22 years old. I was born and raised at Machibisa location which is in
Pietermaritzburg at KwaZulu Natal province. I completed my Matric in 2020. Went to college in 2021
at UMgungundlovu Tvet college, I was doing Business Management.

Why N6 Business Management
The reason why I chose to study
business management is because we living in a period of strong economic growth, where one cannot
live by one salary. With business management you are also exposed to various industries like
marketing and finance to name a few.
Internship
After I finished my N6 I started to look for in-service training.
Until I saw a post on Facebook from a group I was following. Which is a group of students that are
looking for Internships. Then I emailed my documents to the email provided on the poster. Did my
interviews, luckily everything went good.
Company
Currently I’m an intern at McCarthy Toyota. When I
received the call that I got the in-service training I felt blessed and nervous at the same time because
I have never worked in my life. Then got an in-service training at a busy dealership however I got to
adjust to the fast paced environment. We sell genuine Toyota car parts, new & pre-owned vehicles,
do services and repairs. The staff is welcoming. Thank to support@mycollege and everyone for
