Why Diploma in Human Resources Management
I was drawn to Human Resources (HR) because it offers a unique opportunity to influence and positively impact both employees and the organization. The ability to help individuals grow, develop their skills, achieve their potential, while also contributing to the strategic goals of a company, is incredibly appealing.
Internship
I got my internship through a referral on social media. Someone who knew about My-College shared the information with me and I applied. After some time I was contacted by the agency for a Pre-interview which led to me being here.

I work under consultants, we do recruitment for HR, IT, Finance, Marketing Graduates. We are an evolving and inclusive company that works with a broader client base all over South Africa.
