I am now an intern at VW Arcadia abd this is what i do on a daily basis. I Vehicle Check-In & Service Scheduling: Welcomed customers, recorded vehicle issues, and scheduled service appointments based on technician availability. Service Communication & Updates: Provided timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles, ensuring they were informed of any issues or delays. Repair Estimates & Recommendations: Offered customers detailed repair estimates and additional service recommendations. Explained the benefits of suggested services in clear, accessible terms. Work Order & Documentation Management: Managed work orders for all vehicles in service, ensuring that required parts, labor, and services were properly documented. Post-Service Follow-Up: Conducted follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encouraged future service booking.
