I am Pabalelo Phala, a Human Resouces Management N6 graduate form Sedibeng College. I consider myself to be friendly and approachable, I love meeting new people and creating meaningful experiences and connections with them. I am a firm believer of one is never too old to learn something new.
Work Experience
* I worked as a casual till packer while I was studying towards obtaining my N6 qualification. This experience molded me into the young woman I am today, it taught me to work hard, stay focused and most of all it taught me discipline.
Why N6 Human Resource Management
I chose to study Human Resources because I love working with people, I get great satisfaction knowing that I was able to assist an individual at some point in their lives. People find it easy to confide in me. I studied HR because I wanted to be the center point between employees and the company.
Internship
The first time I heard of Intelleto was on a social media platform. I then opened a ticked and completed an electronic application form. I attended my first interview with organized by them within a month and I was successful.
Company
I am placed at one of the biggest companies in Centurion. The environment is healthy, both my seniors are approachable and patient with me it is truly great to be learning in this kind of setting.
