My name is Ncumisa Palesa Masimini , I’m 26 years of age , I'm originally from Eastern Cape but I reside in Soweto . I matriculated in Qoqa secondary school in 2011 and then in 2014 I studied Marketing management from intro N4 to N6 in Sedibeng TVET college in Vanderbijlpark campus . I am young individual who love and enjoy interacting with people.
Work Experience
*Late 2015 around June I worked at Cell C as customer service agent in Braamfontein, it was great to get the experience and work with different people but unfortunately the contract ended, so 8months later I got a job at Web help as an online shopping adviser
Why Marketing Management N6
The reason why i choose to study marketing management is because i love meeting new people, coming up with new ideas, trying new things and working with people, it helps me to learn more about myself and appreciate the little I have. Marketing is broad, you're allowed to think outside the box, communicate with people and be creative.
Internship
When i got this internship, I had stopped praying, asking God to help me get an internship until an old friend of mine told me to go to GWCONNECT, register and upload all my qualifications, ID and CV. I didn't think it was going to work because I felt I had been looking for too long. one day I was at my previous work I got a call from Dorcas Mbalate at Gwconnect to prepare me for an interview and i did my research with their help and a week later I went for an interview, later that day I got a call saying I got the internship, I was so excited I couldn’t believe it.
Company
Unitrans motors (auto team) is amazing, I got to move from department to department to gain more experience up to a point I moved to one of the biggest dealership, I knew nothing about cars and how it works in the dealership, but Unitrans motors trained me to do my best. I even got certificates for my hard work and dedication, I’m grateful to God, GWconnect and Unitrans motors for giving me this opportunity to prove myself. Thank you.
