My name is Basetsana Nompumelelo Modipa, born and bred in the beautiful mountains of Limpopo and I am currently based in Kempton park. I am a reliable and hardworking graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from UNISA. I also hold a Higher Certificate in Economics and Management Sciences. I completed my matric at St Mark’s College in 2015.
Work Experience
*I have gained valuable experience in administration and data capturing. Previously, I worked as a Facilitator and Administrator for the ITE Program under EDUNOVA’s LEED Project from April 2016 after completing my matric in 2015 to January 2019. During this time, I was responsible for data entry, report creation, file management, and organizing learning camps for students. I also facilitated Maths and Science video lessons, provided tutoring in English and Maths for the foundation phase, and offered administrative support to schools. My work involved using email platforms like Outlook and Gmail, and managing files efficiently.
Why Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology
I chose to study Industrial and Organisational Psychology because it's an expanded field of work.I am passionate about understanding people and how they work best in organizations and how the working environment affects their daily lives. This field offers me the chance to grow professionally while helping improve workplace environments.

I secured my current internship by actively applying on Pnet, where Intelleto got my CV and Outex made contact with me and advised me to register my profile on their website and as I followed every step of their advice and patiently adhered to every process . I scooped the interview and Internship. And I am confident that all my skills and qualities helped me stand out during the application process.
Company
At present, I am working with Stefanutti Stocks,at Their head office, as an HR Intern, where I am eager to grow my experience and apply my skills in administration, data management, and customer service. I am excited about this opportunity to develop further and contribute meaningfully to the company. The team is incredile and i have been learning a lot from my supervisors lately.
