Cindy is a girl who grew up in the township called Tembisa, she is the last born amongst 6 children, not very out going and loves staying indoors and just discovering herself and indulging in music and series. I have a 5 year old daughter who is my motivation behind everything that I embark on
Work Experience
*After schooling i took a gap year and afterwards went to university of Johannesburg where I did my diploma in Human Resources Management and after completion did not get any internship but rather got a Job at Game retailers as a cashier where I worked for 8 months before the contract ended and was unemployed for 8 more months till I got another contract job or being an assistant teacher at a school called Moriting Primary school. There I worked for a whole two years before the contract finally ended and I was again unemployed for another 8 months before acquiring an Hr. internship at WGH consult.
Why Diploma in Human Resources Management
At first HR was a field chosen due to not getting space for my first option which was teaching, but then I developed a love for it while doing it. Growing up we were taught that hr was all about hiring and firing but then the more I learnt the more I realized that there are other aspects that make-up HR and that made me want to embark into a journey of discovering more about human resources as a whole
Internship
During the time I was unemployed i had always visited sites such as Pnet, SA Youth, Indeed and others and then from SA youth and Pnet that is where I saw posts about HR internship, although at first I was really skeptical due not finding anything concrete about the company on the web I was confident that it was my breakthrough where id receive the necessary skills needed to finally breakthrough the HR field market.
Company
WGH is a good company which saw a graduate's desperation for experience and took a chance on me while other companies due to me not have acquired any internships after my graduation had other opinions regarding why I had not got any internship and became discriminative. ill forever be grateful for the organization as it became my lifeline when I had began losing all hopes of ever getting an internship
