My Name is Thabang Shaun Malatsi. I am a Graduate with a Diploma in Human Resources Management obtained year 2024 at Tshwane University of Technology. And I got my first internship at WGH, where I was able to gain hands-on experience in the field of HR, and mostly being exposed to various functions such as Payroll, contract signing, telephonic screening, and pre-interviews.
Work Experience
*Before enrolling in the internship at WGH, I worked part-time/seasonal in the retail industry, and the experience was valuable because I learnt to work with people and also how to handle customers/clients.
Why Diploma in Human Resources Management
I chose HR because I always had a passion to work with people and for people, and I always stood for what is right, and I always believed HR is the voice of everyone in the organization, including the employees. So, being HR is me standing for someone else to make their satisfaction better.
