My name is Lebo Sylvester Mohale, and I'm a 27-year-old dedicated and results-driven individual with a strong background in financial management. I hold an N6 qualification in Financial Management, which I completed at Ekurhuleni West TVET College from 2021 to 2022.
Work Experience
*I was unfortunate with job hunting after completing my qualification, I then volunteered at R2kz management Pty Ltd for 6 months to gain experience and learn skills that are in line with my qualification. I learned how to prepare payroll on a pastel payroll system, Verify Tax invoices, help with preparing manual payrolls and payslips and Record keeping
Why N6 Financial Management
I chose Financial Management N6, because I wanted to gain valuable knowledge and skills that can be applied or utilised in Finance, Tax and auditing and it offers a wide range of opportunities. I'm passionate about Accounting, Taxation and Auditing and I want to pursue a degree in Financial Accounting, I aim to further develop my skills and knowledge to open exciting career prospects.
Internship
A friend introduced me to GWConnect and encouraged me to register a profile on the gwconnect website. I took his advice and uploaded my CV. Fortunately, a screening interview was scheduled and I got a call after that I had to go to an interview at T3 PROJECTS and I passed the interview.
Company
I'm fortunate to be part of T3 PROJECTS, a well-organized company that values efficiency and productivity. My colleagues are friendly, easy to work with, and always willing to lend a hand when needed. The team's collaborative spirit makes it a pleasure to come to work every day. I'm not yet utilizing my full range of skills and qualifications. I'm eager to take on more responsibilities and contribute to the company in a way that aligns with my qualification.
