About Me
My name is Jacob Sindana, and I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Limpopo. I am passionate about finance and administration, with experience across education, legal, non-profit, and corporate sectors. I am disciplined, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems through teamwork and innovation. Being fluent in seven languages helps me connect with diverse people. I value integrity, respect, and accountability in my work. Currently, I am a Finance Trainee at Outsourcing Experts Chartered Accountants, gaining practical experience. My goal is to grow into a leadership role where I can contribute to an organization’s success and inspire others.

Work Experience
*I have gained extensive experience in finance and administration through various roles across sectors such as education, legal services, nonprofit organizations, and corporate environments. My journey began as an Administration Secretary at Tsoare Bahá'í Centre, where I supported strategic planning and community engagement. I later served as an Office Assistant and Archivist at the National Bahá'í Centre, handling daily admin and archival duties. At Legal Aid South Africa, I worked as a Financial Administrator, managing bookkeeping, asset control, and front-desk responsibilities. I then took on the role of Registration Finance Administrator at ADvTECH Group – IIE Varsity College, where I focused on collections, payment plans, and financial queries. Currently, I am a Finance Graduate Trainee at Outsourcing Experts Chartered Accountants, supporting financial reconciliations, invoicing, systems analysis, and client service. These roles have strengthened my attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity.

Why Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
I chose to study Accounting because I enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and understanding how things work in business. It is a career that offers many job opportunities and can be used in different types of companies. I knew it would give me a strong foundation to grow, learn, and make a real difference in the workplace.

Internship
I got my internship through hard work, consistent job searching, and staying connected with career support platforms. I applied to different companies that matched my skills and interests, prepared well for interviews, and made sure my CV showed my strengths clearly. Eventually, I was offered an internship at Outsourcing Experts Chartered Accountants, where I now get to apply what I have learned and gain real work experience.

Company
I am currently working at Outex, which operates under WGHouse Chartered Accountants. WGHouse is a respected firm that provides a wide range of accounting, auditing, and financial services to clients across various industries. The company is known for its professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality services. Working here has given me valuable exposure to real-world finance and accounting practices, while learning from skilled professionals in a supportive and growth-focused environment.
