My name is Ntsakiso Shibambu,I grew up in Malamulele,Limpopo. After completing my matric at Shingwedzi secondary school. I moved to Gauteng province, to further my education at the University of Johannesburg.
Work Experience
*As a recent graduate, I have not yet held formal employment, however, I have actively sought opportunities to develop practical skills and workplace readiness through volunteer work. One of the most impactful experiences I had was serving as an academic mentor during my time at university. In this role, I was responsible for supporting fellow students in their academic journey by offering guidance, tutoring, and motivational support across various subjects.
Why Financial Management
I chose to pursue Accountancy because I have always been drawn to structure, precision, and the meaningful impact that financial integrity has on organizations and society. From an early age, I found satisfaction in working with numbers and solving problems logically hence I chose Accounting as a major in grade 10 . As I progressed through my academic journey, I came to appreciate how accountancy is not just about calculations—it’s about understanding the financial health of an entity, making informed decisions, and upholding ethical standards.
Internship
I got this internship through a friend who sent me an email with TalentSA email address, where I communicated with them from the. I then uploaded my documents as required. I attended a screening interview, and later got interviewed by the company I am currently working for.
Company
I am currently working at Akhile Management and consulting, as a finance intern. A good work environment with welcoming colleagues. There’s a wide range of valuable skills to absorb in my workplace, making every day a learning experience.
