About Me
My name is Lerato I am 25 years old, I currently reside in Thokoza Ext 2. I was born and raised in Free State. I Matriculated at Thahameso Secondary School in 2011. In 2012 I decided to go and further my studies at Maluti TVET College in Free State where I completed my N4, N5 and N6 in Business Management and thereafter I was struggling to find an internship, in 2016 that's when I decided to register for Financial Management course in Ekurhuleni West TVET College (Germiston Campus) where I completed my N4, N5 and N6. I am a hardworking person, I can cope with stress and be able to work under pressure.

Work Experience
*In 2015 i worked as a casual worker at Edgars ( Rosebank mall) where I worked as a cashier and also by assisting the Dispatch Department with deliveries that comes to the store.

Why Financial Management N6
I choose to study financial management because you get to understand the field of accounting on how they treat money as a means of measuring performance and I also get to know the entire system of monitoring and controls of money as it flows in and out of an organization as assets and liabilities, revenues and expenses.

Internship
I received a call from Thabang who works for GWConnect and he told me that they have an internship for me, but I first need to upload my profile under GWConnect website and after two weeks they called me again and they were telling me that they have created a ticket for me and i also have to attend a preliminary interview with them first and after some few weeks they told me that i have to attend an interview with the company called CONCOR Construction (PTY) LTD (Formerly Murray and Roberts ) and after a week I received a call from Rorisang and she told me that I have passed the interview. that's how I got my internship.

Company
I now work at CONCOR Construction PTY LTD (Formerly Murray and Robberts ), a diversified infrastructure and services construction company within core competencies in the infrastructure, Building, Mining and Property development sector . CONCOR is a leading black owned business and is also recognized as one of the largest player in the Sub- Saharan Africa infrastructure and construction sector. the environment is very good, friendly and safe. all employees of concor are very committed to their work.
