Job Discription: - Opening jobs for technicians (Breakdown and services)- using Autoline
-Sending quotes to PNP
- Booking out POs to parts
-Invoicing completed jobs
-Sending job cards and invoices to pnp
-following up with suppliers quotes e.g side plates from M
riberio, flexo hose to come fix machine pipes and speddick for
machine tyre's.
-Attending 11:00 meeting concerning PNP Quotes everyday.
- Sending a 14:00 workshop report everday.
-Capturing data on spreadsheets concerning breakdowns,
quotes, and services happening every day
-Using Ms outlook for emails
-Using a telephone communicating with parts department,
suppliers and our customer pick and pay.
-Opening and closing wips
-Ensuring machines are serviced and load
tested.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the customer and the technicians .
