I originally come from a small, close-knit town in Mpumalanga, where I completed my matric in 2020. After achieving my Senior Certificate, I took my next big step and enrolled at North-West University (NWU) to pursue my studies in Financial Accountancy. After completing my degree, I took another leap of faith—I moved to Pretoria to pursue my dreams and apply the theory I had learned at university in a real-world setting.
Work Experience
*.During my gap year in 2021, I was an educator’s assistant at a school in Mpumalanga, where I shadowed an accounting teacher. Sitting in on lessons and observing how the teacher translated complex financial concepts for learners deepened my passion for accounting. Motivated by that experience, I began offering extra one-on-one accounting support to learners in my own time—helping clarify challenging topics and building confidence in their understanding.
