About Me
My name is Rendani Randy Ramavhoya, and I am a BCom Accounting graduate from the University of Johannesburg. I’ve always had a strong interest in finance, business operations, and how organizations function at both a strategic and administrative level. My studies gave me a solid foundation in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management, which I chose because I wanted to build a career that combines analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making to create meaningful impact in businesses.

Work Experience
*Over the years, I have been fortunate to gain diverse work experiences across different industries. I started off as a Financial and Business Coordinator at The Pet Cornerstone, where I handled financial reports, taxation, investment portfolios, and even business operations such as supply chain and marketing. This role gave me early exposure to how small businesses operate holistically, sharpening both my financial and entrepreneurial mindset. I then joined Salespreneur as an Independent Sales Agent, where I gained hands-on experience in digital marketing, client engagement, and sales strategy. This taught me resilience, communication, and how to adapt quickly in competitive environments. In 2024, I secured a traineeship with Volkswagen South Africa as a Dealer Sales and Supply-Chain Analyst trainee. This was a defining moment in my journey, as I worked across multiple African markets, analyzing sales data, supporting dealerships in over 13 countries, planning production pipelines, and even helping organize marketing events. The experience improved my skills in data analytics, sales forecasting, and supply-chain management, while also exposing me to corporate culture and international operations.

Internship
I got this internship through my persistence in networking and applying for opportunities that aligned with both my degree and previous experience. I wanted a role that didn’t just focus on numbers but also gave me exposure to people, systems, and organizational structures, and T3 Projects offered exactly that.

Company
Working at T3 Projects has been a transformative experience. The company operates in a dynamic space that demands accuracy, adaptability, and collaboration. I’ve learned how crucial HR and payroll are to the overall success of an organization, and I’m gaining valuable real-world exposure to corporate governance, compliance, and financial reporting. Looking back, every experience I’ve had has built on the last—from financial coordination, sales, and supply chain to HR and payroll. My academic background gave me the technical tools, but my work experiences are shaping me into a versatile professional with the ability to adapt across functions. I believe my journey so far shows a consistent theme: a passion for learning, problem-solving, and adding value wherever I am placed.
