My name is Gontse Charlotte Monjetsi. I am 25 years old, I live in Mandela Village Hammanskraal. I matriculated in 2010 at Ratshepo High School. I have studied Human Resources Management at Tshwane North College and completed my N6 in 2014. I have certificate in Excel Basic Training.
Work Experience
*In 2011 I worked as a Field Worker at Statistics SA(Census). In 2015 to 2018 I worked as an Administrator at Glencarol Industries at Babelegi.
Why Human Resource Management N6
I have studied Human Resources Management because I have realised that I love working with people and following all the procedures. And I love to see people being treated fairly and equal.
Internship
I have been applying for many organisations for internship with no success, until a friend of mine Lydia Letsapa introduced me to GWConnect, I registered my profile with them and I got a call inviting me for an interview at Barnstone. I did not go for an interview because I was in maternity, Lydia gave me a second chance and invited me for another interview and I was successful.
Company
The company I work for is Outex, the environment is very good, and the people are very friendly. I am gaining lot of experience from the HR team.
