Why Degree in Finance/Commerce
I chose to study BCom Accounting because I enjoy working with numbers and solving problems. I’ve always liked how accounting helps businesses understand their finances and make good financial decisions.

I found the internship on PNet while I was actively looking for opportunities to gain experience in finance. I applied through the platform, and after going through the interview process, I was offered the position.
Company
I’m currently working as a finance intern at WG House Chartered Accountants. The company focuses on helping clients stay compliant and make smart financial decisions. As an intern, I get to assist with tasks like processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and doing monthly creditor's reconciliations. It’s a great learning environment, and I’m gaining valuable experience in how accounting works in the real world.
