Work Experience
*I worked at PEP Stores from 2023 until 2025 in June as a partime-store assistant.working in retail has both advantages and challenges. On the positive side, it helps develop strong communication, customer service, while providing valuable experience in teamwork and sales.Working in retail offers flexibility and opportunities to interact with diverse people. However the downsides include long working hours, especially on weekends and holidays, dealing with difficult customers and the physical demands of standing for long periods. Despite the challenges working in retail can be a great way to build practical skills and gain a better understanding of customer behaviour and business operations.

Why Diploma in Finance/Commerce
I have a strong interest in understanding how financial information supports effective decision-making within an organisation. The course allows me to develop analytic and problem-solving skills by learning how to manage costs, control budgets and evaluate business performance.it has given me a solid foundation to persue a career in finance, where i can contribute to strategic planning and financial control within a business environment.

Internship
I registered on my-college in 2022, by referral from a friend who is now a financial analyst. I was alerted every time there was an internship opportunity in finance. Around the end of August I received an email about this particular opportunity and I grabbed it with both hands and thankfully didn't let go. When I got the call that I passed the interview I was excited like a little kid offered sweets, and months later I'm still grateful for it.
