Work Experience
*Before joining Alley Roads, I worked at a Vodacom shop as a technician. In that role, I developed excellent customer service and communication skills, learned how to handle technical challenges, and built confidence in working with clients. That experience also taught me the importance of professionalism, patience, and accuracy — qualities that have been very useful in my current finance role.
Why Degree in Finance/Commerce
I chose to study Economics because I’ve always been fascinated by how financial systems operate and how economic decisions influence both businesses and individuals. Studying this field allowed me to understand financial behavior, data interpretation, and market trends. I wanted a qualification that would open doors to various career opportunities and help me contribute meaningfully to the business and finance sectors.
