I am Tshegofatso Pupunyane, 26 years of age. I currently reside in Fairlands, Johannesburg. I Matriculated in 2017 at Letlhogile Secondary School. I then enrolled at Northern Cape Urban TVET College as a Management Assistant and completed my N6 in 2022.
Work Experience
*In 2023, I was fortunate enough to get a job as an educator Assistant at Selekeng Primary School. Where I used to offer assistance to teachers with updating learners' registers, making sure there is order in classrooms at all times, and also managing group activities.
Why Management Assistant N6
I pursued a Management Assistant qualification with a long-term goal of establishing my own business. I recognized that this role would provide me with a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management and gain insight into the daily operations of a business, and develop essential skills in Administration, communication, and problem-solving. The experience will not only enhance my employability but also equip me with the knowledge and confidence to one day launch and manage my own venture.
Internship
I got a link through my friend to create a profile with GW Connect. I created a profile even though it took a while for me to get communication from them. I then one day got an email to upload all the documents required of me, and I did just that. After all the process I went through with them, I then got a call from them about an interview at Johannesburg, and that's how I got an internship I am currently in.
Company
GWConnect signed me up with one of the most respected motor retailers. The working environment is healthy, and everyone is friendly and patient enough to train me. I am also working very hard to gain as much experience and grow as an employee. I am thankful for the Opportunity.
