My name is Keamogetse Phetoane, and I recently completed my N6 in Human Resource Management at Central Johannesburg TVET College. I am currently doing my in-service training, which is an important step in turning my studies into practical work experience

Why N6 Human Resources Management
I chose to study Human Resource Management because I’ve always been passionate about understanding people and creating a positive work environment. HR plays a vital role in developing employees and maintaining fairness in the workplace, and that inspired me to pursue this career path.
Internship
I got my internship through determination and consistent effort. I applied to various companies and used online platforms to search for opportunities until I finally received a call from My-College , that's when my life changed. When I got the internship I felt excited and grateful because it was a chance to gain the practical experience I needed to complete my qualification.
Company
I am currently doing my internship at Fine Blanking, where I help with HR admin work like filing, recruitment support, and employee documents. This is my first work experience, and I’ve learned a lot about how HR really works in a company.
I enjoy communicating with people and being friendly with everyone I work with. The team is very supportive, and the environment has helped me become more confident and comfortable working with different people every day. It’s been a great experience so far, and I’m learning something new all the time.
