My name is Tshepiso Sithole, and am 23 years old. I studied at the University of Johannesburg ,where I completed my Diploma in Accountancy and Advanced Diploma in Accountancy. I am passionate about Finance, numbers and building a strong foundation for my career in the accounting field.
Work Experience
*Earlier this year, I worked at McDonald's, Where I gained valuable experience in customer service, teamwork, and time management. Working in fast paced environment helped me develop strong communication skills, discipline, and the the ability to work well under pressure, skills that I can now apply in my professional space.
Why Diploma In Accountancy
I chose Accountancy because I have always enjoyed working with numbers and solving financial problems. I wanted a qualification that would offer stability, growth opportunities, and a chance to contribute meaningfully within the organisation. Studying accountancy strengthened my analytical thinking, attention to detail ,and financial understanding.
Internship
I secured my internship at the United Nation Breweries through Talent SA.I first heard about the agency from one of my former classmates, who also secured an internship through them. I applied for the internship around November 2024, and I received a response within the same month for a pre-interviw .I Completed my second interview in August 2025 and that is when I was officially offered the internship.
