Why Bachelor of commerce in Human Resource Management
I chose to study Human Resource Management because I enjoy working with people and helping organizations build strong and effective teams. I secured my internship through the MyHR internship programme, which connects graduates with companies that provide practical workplace experience. This programme gave me the opportunity to start building my career and apply the knowledge I gained during my studies in a real work environment.
Company
Currently, I am working as an HR Intern at WGHouse. In my role, I assist with HR administrative tasks such as candidate registration, telephonic screening, scheduling interviews, and supporting the replacement process. This opportunity is helping me gain valuable practical experience and develop the professional skills needed to grow in the Human Resources profession.
