My name is Palesa Molobedzi, and I am a person living with albinism. I was born and raised in Soshanguve, and I was orphaned at a very young age. Growing up, I understood that education was my only pathway to a better future, so I dedicated myself fully to my studies.
Living with albinism comes with its own challenges, but these experiences taught me resilience. No matter the difficulties I faced at school, I remained determined, and this perseverance ultimately led me to graduate.

Why Bachelor Of Commerce In Financial Accounting
I chose to study Finance and Accounting because I grew up in a family with limited financial knowledge. I wanted to pursue a career that would not only improve my own life but also positively impact my entire family. This is where my passion for finance and accounting began.
Internship
After graduating, finding a job was not easy. It often felt like every opportunity was out of reach despite my efforts. However, after many applications and much perseverance, I was invited for an interview through Talent SA, which led to me securing a position at Key Accounts.
Company
The company I work for is a small but highly professional firm that values integrity, excellence, and, most importantly, the well-being of its employees. The two directors are genuinely concerned about their staff and understand that when employees are supported, they perform better. The company fosters a flexible and accommodating work environment, where employees are treated with understanding and respect.
This supportive culture encourages open communication and allows employees to balance their personal and professional responsibilities. As a result, the workplace promotes both productivity and personal growth.
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work at Key Accounts, as it has provided me with not only employment but also a supportive environment where I can continue to grow.
