Why Degree in Finance/Commerce
I chose to study BCom because I have always been interested in understanding how businesses operate, particularly in terms of financial decision-making and management. I wanted a qualification that would not only challenge me academically but also open doors to diverse career opportunities in the business and finance sector.
Internship
I secured my internship through persistence and determination. I continuously searched and applied for opportunities, stayed patient, and remained confident in my abilities. Through this process, I was able to obtain an opportunity with GW Connect, which placed me at United National Brewery.
Company
Currently, I am gaining valuable experience in the FMCG industry at United National Brewery. This opportunity has exposed me to real-world financial processes and has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. I am continuously learning, adapting, and improving my skills in a fast-paced work environment.
