My name is Marcy Nondumiso Sithole. I am a dedicated and driven individual who is passionate about people, growth, and organizational development. I always strive to bring my best effort to everything I do, and I am incredibly excited to be taking this major step in my career journey.
Work Experience
*From December 2025 to May 2026, I worked as a part-time Sales Assistant at PEP. This six-month experience was invaluable, as it helped me develop strong communication skills, master customer service, and learn how to work effectively and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Why Diploma in Human Resources Management
I chose to study Human Resources because I have always been fascinated by how organizations function, how job structures connect, and how the right support can help employees thrive. For me, HR is the perfect bridge between business strategy and human connection, and I wanted a career where I could make a tangible impact on workplace productivity and culture.
Internship
Securing this internship was a truly emotional milestone for me. I was so incredibly eager to finally start my career and put my passion into practice, but waiting for the right door to open took patience. One day, I decided to take a leap of faith and applied for a position online, pouring all my hopes into that application. When I finally received the phone call inviting me to come through for an interview, my heart raced—it was the moment I had been praying for. Walking into that interview, I knew how much this meant to me, and being chosen for the role was an unforgettable, rewarding start to my professional journey.
Company
Following the start of my employment preparation program on May 20, 2026, I am incredibly proud to be completing my internship with the Teichmann Group. As a massive, multi-disciplined pan-African organization specializing in civil engineering, mining, and construction, being here exposes me to corporate operations on a truly grand scale. Working within such a dynamic environment allows me to apply the strong teamwork and collaborative skills I built at PEP alongside high-level corporate training. I am excited to contribute to a team that is actively building infrastructure and developing communities across Africa.
