My name is Doctor Themba Masango, and I am an N6 Financial Management graduate from Ekurhuleni East TVET College. I am passionate about finance, eager to learn, and committed to building a successful career in the financial sector. I enjoy developing my skills, embracing new challenges, and growing both personally and professionally.
Work Experience
*I do not have any prior work experience, as this internship at iThemba Property Management is my first job. I am grateful for this opportunity because it allows me to gain practical workplace experience, apply the knowledge I gained during my studies, and develop valuable professional skills.
Why N6 Financial Management
I chose to study Financial Management because I always have been interested in business and finance. I wanted to understand how organisations manage their finances and make informed financial decisions. I believe this field offers excellent opportunities for growth while allowing me to contribute positively to an organisation's success.
Internship
I found this internship through a post I saw on Facebook from Ghostlady Internships. I applied as soon as I saw the opportunity, and after going through the recruitment process, I was fortunate to be selected. This experience taught me the importance of staying proactive and taking advantage of opportunities when they arise.
Company
I am currently completing my internship at iThemba Property Management. I appreciate the company's flexible, bubbly, and professional working environment. From the beginning, I have felt welcomed and supported by the team. This positive atmosphere motivates me to learn, grow, and give my best every day while gaining valuable experience in the workplace. I am truly grateful for this opportunity and would like to thank everyone who played a role in helping me secure this internship. I hope my journey encourages other students to remain patient, keep applying, and never give up. The right opportunity can come when you least expect it.
