I am Noxolo Rebecca Mnguni a 24-year-old self-esteem female from Balfour. I obtained my matric in 2013 at I.M Manchu High School and I have applied for learnership 2014 and the qualification was Human Resource Management NQF4. I decided to further my education at Ekurhuleni West College whereby I completed my N4-N6 in Human Resource Management in the year of 2016.
Work Experience
*I worked as an HR Assistant during my learnership program at Dipaleseng Local Municipality with the period of 12 months. Year 2014.
Why Human Resource Management N6
After the learnership that I was doing I just realized that I have passion for office work and I also loved working with various people from different department. Then I choose to go and learn more about the HR challenges. So during my 18 months of theory at EWC has taught me a lot on how to discipline employees and how to treat everyone equal in the workplace.
Internship
I thought after completing my N6 everything will go smoothly for but no I was fooling myself. Because it is whereby the really life has begun. I started applying for an internship with my phone doing internship alert on my email and applying for an open HR internship post. I stayed at home for period of 1 year and 6 months without luck. Yes I was attending interviews but I never being a successful candidates and there’s this friend of mine her name is Dorcas, never give up on sourcing me. I went to two interviews before I got my internship, first interview was Murray and Roberts, Second was Unitrans that was really painful because they cancelled interviews after we were interviewed. but I never give up.
Company
Even now I don’t know how to thank God for his love upon me, I made it on the interview after the long way of unsuccessful. I reported on duty on the 5th February 2018.im doing my internship at TransUnion at Illovo Johannesburg and I’m working under the HR team. I’m looking forward in learning more about this company and empowering their credit vision and value, growing and be productive in the organization about LA, PT, PM so that I can implement the theory I leaned into reality.
