Hlulani Adelaide Makondo is a young energetic lady who was born In a small rural village (Ntlhaveni Block C) Malamulele in Limpopo and grew up like any other child. I passed my grade 12 in 2010 and was forced to stay at home due to financial challenges as I was raised by a single mother who worked as a domestic worker.
Work Experience
*I was working as an office assistant at DR Mpande surgery for the period of three months where I was doing admin duties.

I choose to study Business Studies( Management Assistant) as this was the interest of my career and also considered targeting a job which is a rising marketed type of jobs in South Africa where I managed to complete my studies in 2017.
Internship
During the course of the year, GW Connect was then introduced to me by a close friend (Thandiwe Mpangane). I registered on their site with no high expectations as I have been applying at other institutions in the past with no success. Within a nick of time unexpectedly, I got a call from a friendly lady by the name of Gontse and advised that she needs to book me for an interview appointment in Pretoria. She indeed booked my in for an interview with Alisom Communications and unfortunately couldn’t make it at the interview. I then gave feedback to GW Connect of the unfortunate part of my With a concern and deepest regrets that I didn’t do my outmost best, I got a call again from GW Connect where they informed me that they have booked me in for an interview with Toyota Forklift (EIE GROUP). I went for an interview as requested and got a positive outcome the very same day that I have passed the interview and I am expected at work in 2 days time from date of interview.
Company
I’m currently doing internship at Toyota Forklift ( EIE GROUP) I started on 04/07/2018 whereby I was given a great warm welcome. I have had a great exposure within a month whereby I was trained on:
1. Answering the telephone.
2. Dealing with complaints and queries.
3. Doing the licences and certificate of forklift drivers.
