I’m Nthabiseng Senoamadi, 21 years old, from a small village called Phake in Mpumalanga. I matriculated in 2014 at Mabothe High School. I then furthered my studies in 2015 at Tshwane North TVET College. I’m a determined young lady who is goal oriented and focused. I like challenges as they form part of my daily growth
Work Experience
*I was volunteering as an Assistant Administrator at Mabu-a-Tlou Primary school. I worked as a Volunteer for 1 year 3 Months (June 2017 – September 2018). It was a nice environment to work in; I got to learn a lot about office administration
Why Management Assistant
I chose to study Management Assistant because growing up I always wished to work in an office using computers, doing office work. When I was in high school I asked our office administrator what she studied to qualify as an assistant administrator, she then told me that she studied Business administration and obtained her diploma. I then applied to study management assistant at Tshwane North TVET College.
Internship
I got to know about Gwconnect by word of mouth. I was advised to create a profile with Gwconnect and load my Curriculum vitae, which I don’t regret doing. It took months to reply on my application but I always had faith that it will come back to me. Around August Outex HR called me to check if I still need an internship, then after few days I received an E-mail that I have an Interview to attend at Mercedes Benz Wonderboom. My interview was successful.
Company
It is a blessing for me to be working for a big company like Mercedes Benz. It has hard workers, and it is very productive. I’m proud to be part of the fast growing team. Thanks to Outex, Gwconnect and Fasset for granting me this opportunity.
