I choose Human Resource because I love helping people, HR allows me to assist the company in recruiting that suitable candidates for available vacancies and it gives me great satisfaction knowing that I made a change in someone else’s life I have given him/her an opportunity to put bread on the table for his/her family.
Internship
After completing my N6 I applied to different organizations with no luck until a friend introduced me to wgconnect, I created a profile with wgconnect and got a call from Outex to created another profile with mycollege than I registered than got a confirmation from mycollege team advising me that my registration is complete two months after that I got a call from Outex asking if am available for interview, went to the interview and it was successful got a call to come sign the contract.
Company
I work for Outex a sourcing company, everyone is friendly and the culture of the company is amazing, their culture is based on trust, respect and professionalism and thanks to Relebogile and Amanda. Am very excited to work for a dynamic and recognized company.
