Why Human Resource Management
I studied Human resources because my aunt was An HR Manager at Department of education, I always Looked up to her, so that inspired me a lot hence I went to college to register it right after completing my National Certificate.
Internship
I heard about GWconnect at college then I registered, then luckily in 2018 I received a call from outex to come for an interview then I passed it. Then I started working for them.
Company
I am learning a lot from this company, it is challenging but my boss usually says to me in order for me to learn I have to step out of my comfort zone, then I will become responsible, independed, now I also understand the main purpose of HR that we are called to change peoples lives for the better.
