My name is Salome Mantsho I am 28 years old, I was born and bred in a town called Hammanskraal then later I moved to Soshanguve where I completed my matric in the year 2013. I furthered my studies at Tshwane North TVET College in a Management Assistant field and completed in 2017.

Why Management Assistant
I enjoy helping and communicating with people on different levels and being responsible for the planning and organizational duties involved in maintaining a business.
Internship
A friend of mine advices me to submit my documents at Central Offices just after I completed my studies, I went there and submitted my CV in January then after sometime in March that year, I received a call from a company called OUTEX, inviting me over for an interview. I passed my interview then I started my internship with them in April.
Company
Working in a professional setting for the first time can be difficult to get used to, but the company that a work for makes me feel comfortable. I truly feel like I fit in and I am being who I am at work. I’m surrounded by people with similar interests, and I can progress professionally, and I feel like I’m finally where I belong.
