My name is Baitshepi Mokgatle and i matriculated in 2011 at Vector College. I stay and grew up in soweto. I am an introvert, organized, flexible and determined individual. I'm eager to learn and develop new skills. I love nature and sci fi movies. I enjoy my own space.
Work Experience
*I participated in a call centre leadership at SanlamSky, i have gained customer care experience. My duties included answering calls, escalating queries, responding to emails, generating sales leads.
Why Human Resources
I studied HR because i always wanted to do administrative tasks but further more employee well being plays am important part to me. I want to specialise in industrial psychology getting to assess candidates and offer counseling to staff members who are facing difficulties in life.
Internship
I heard about GW-Connect from Amanda, we went to the same college. She assisted me on how to register, and few weeks later i was called for an interview and by the grace of God am now an HR intern at Transunion.
Company
Transunion is a nice company to work for, they don't limit me to do my practical experience on what i studied, am also allowed to assist other departments like marketing or operations. I am exposed to so many tasks and i learn new things everyday since am not only focusing on HR task related only. I love being there it's a healthy and friendly environment to work for.
