My name is Thandeka Hlatshwayo from Gauteng Vosloorus and I am 23 years old. I completed my matric in 2015 at Erasmus Monareng Secondary School, i then did the Ready to work programme sponsored by ABSA which i completed mid year 2016. I went to further my studies in 2017 at Ekurhuleni West TVET college in Kathorus where i studied Financial Management and completed N6 in 2018.

Why Financial Management
I have always found numbers very interesting which is why i decided to go for commerce in high school, my love grew more as i was in high school that's when i knew i wanted to study Finance.
Internship
I got a call from a lady called Amanda from Outex asking me if I was looking for an internship and I said yes, she sent me a link to register on GWConnect & My-College which I did and within a few days I got an invitation for an interview at Sandton plant hire. By the grace of God the interview went well and I got hired.
Company
Sandton plant hire is a good company, has welcoming and professional employees ever since I started there I have felt nothing but warmth and love, I must say I am happy working here.
